- Developed reseller marketing model to create steady growth of clientelle.

- Architected, developed, and deployed load-balancing clustered web servers supporting a java servlet-based ecommerce webapp -- handling $4 million in sales revenue for 2004.

- Developed commercial quality mail server system with layered mail handling to provide rock-solid spam, antivirus, and relay control. Now providing mail service to over 100 domains and servicing over 1000 email users scattered across the country.

HIGHLIGHTS
eROI Inc.
eROI, Inc. a multi-faceted marketing agency has many products based upon my development work and the development work of my contractors. We are their sole source of web hosting system administration. I architected their web and mail service hosting operation. The system is complete with load-balanced scalable web clusters and industrial strength filtered mail services. The system also hosts eROI's proprietary Java servlet-based ecommerce platform which handled over $4 million dollars in sales in 2004.
The hosting system is designed to empower clients to take care of most of their needs themselves, content management, email user controls through the use of secure protocols and intuitive web interfaces.
Betterworld Club
Facing a strategic shift in their long-range plans Betterworld Club separated from its travel agency sister-company and forged ahead on its own. As an agent of our reseller eROI, Inc. agent of eROI, Inc. we provide them the full-service IT solution: We helped them separate their office networks, move their office to new space, rebuild their Microsoft PDC Server, established new mail services, performed optimization and updates to their Oracle server, remodeled their consumer web site, and built an intranet interface to empower their customer service staff.
The Club is built on the ability to use the web as its primary membership signup service. The entire site was developed in ColdFusion using an Oracle back-end and integration to Verisign for payments.
Aptus Financial, Inc.
Aptus Financial is involved in handling industry specific data in which integration and translation are programmatic problems. Aptus needed useful reporting tools built into their intranet site. For this project we used VBScript/ASP and MSSQL integration techniques.
GoneWireless
I helped the owner keep the business alive by taking on the role of Operations Manager under contract. I recruited field sales reps, organized the finances to seperate the business from his personal finances, ran the shipping and order fulfillment, and developed a new more professional looking web site to enhance his company's appeal. viaLanguage
viaLanguage runs a brisk editing and translation business from their Portland, Oregon offices. They snatched up as much of my free time as they could get to help with development of an online editing/translation brokering service they marked as RapidEdit. I helped organize product requirements, prioritize, and created development plans to help secure funding for continued development and expansion into resellers in Europe and Asia.
In another role, viaLanguage used me as their off-site network administrator and IT support. I have helped establish firewall, mail services, and reorganize network topology to give them more reliability and efficiency.
I also took part in building a portal sub-site for their partnership with Kinko's and ecommerce integration with Verisign. These projects required ASP programming and Microsoft SQL Server integration.
GCM Development
I was approached by the owner of GCM Development who was looking for manpower to provide IT support and advice to his many clients. I was given free reign with his clients to service them on GCM Development's behalf.
GCM Development also subcontracts Moonbeam Consulting LLC for special projects as needed and for GCM's own server and domain administration. GCM's focus is in social event systems (http://www.orbike.com), travel companies, and ecommerce.
2002-2003 QVCS+ Mail Solution
I built and deployed several qmail/vmail/courier-imap/squirrel mail servers. Including dynamic POP authentication to allow true commercial quality "hotmail" like mail services. I deployed this mail solution to ALL of Moonbeam's current clientele.
Moonbeam's current mail services are being used by thousands of people daily.
